We are excited to share that our Franklin Trust FCU Rewards Program is getting an upgrade. To prepare for this transition, there will be a temporary blackout period during which you will not be able to redeem points.

Here's what you need to know:

• Last day to redeem points before blackout: 03/11/2026
• Blackout Period: 03/12/2026-03/22/2026 (no redemptions will be available at this time.)
• You will not lose any rewards points
• Earning points will continue as usual during the blackout

Who do I contact for customer service?

On the live date, check back on our website for that information.

Will my log in information transfer over to the new system upgrade?

Members will need to set up a new User ID and password on the new site. Their old User ID and Password will not work.

What if I have a new email?

Members need to use an email address or phone number on file with Franklin Trust Federal Credit Union. You will not be able to register if the credit union doesn't have current information. Please contact us to update your email address.
