"FRED” affords you access to your FTFCU account by scanner from anywhere via the internet to deposit checks, submit a loan payment and more!

“FRED on the Move,” our mobile electronic deposit service, lets you take a picture of your check with your smartphone and deposit it directly to your FTFCU account!

FRED on the Move!

 Using F.R.E.D. on Mobile Phones

  1. Go to the Android Market Place also known as the Play Store or Apple iTunes App Store.
  2. Hit the search button and look up Franklin Trust or download it here for Android or download it here for Apple.
  3. Select F .R.E.D. and select to install.
  4. Select Accept & Download (Wait for app to download and to install).
  5. Once the app downloads exit out of the Play Store.
  6. Open your phone browser and go to http://m.t1exteller.net/cct.
  7. Login to NetTeller as you would normally do.
  8. Select F.R.E.D. (Deposit Funds Online).  
  9. Accept the Online Deposit Agreement.
  10. Select the Suffix that you would like to deposit to. Hit Continue.
    1. Enter the amount of the check. Tap Next.
    2. Tap the screen for the camera.
    3. Align check to fit within the guide provided on the screen.
    4. Capture the front image of the check by either tapping on the screen or hitting the camera button. Select Yes to Accept Photo if satisfied with the check image.
    5. If image errors occur please correct them.
    6. Select Next. 
  11. 1 Endorse the back of the check with special endorsement. 
    1.  The back of the check must include:
      1. The words "Remotely Captured via F .R.E.D. for Deposit Only at Franklin Trust FCU".
      2. The account number to which the check is being deposited.
      3. Today's date (mm/dd/yyyy).
      4. The payee's signature.
    2. Tap the screen for the camera.
    3. Align check to fit within the guide provided on the screen.
    4. Capture the back image of the check by either tapping on the screen or hitting the camera button. Select Yes to Accept Photo if satisfied with the check image.
    5. If image errors occur please correct them.
    6. Select Next.
  12. Verify and submit deposit. Make sure all the image errors are taken care before hitting the submit button.
  13. Close and logout. 

1 PLEASE NOTE: If the back of the check is not properly endorsed, we reserve the right to reject the check for deposit.
