Audio Response

Franklin Trust's Audio Response Line is an interactive telephone system that gives members access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Audio Response Line:

 

Check your account balances and history.

Perform transfers and withdrawals.

Calculate a loan payment.

Perform Special Services.

Check current interest and dividend rates.

Use the Loan by Phone Service.

 

How to use Audio Response:

 

Just call the Credit Union at 860-296-4379 and choose option 1.  You will then have the option of English or Spanish.  Enter you account number followed by the # sign.  Then enter your PIN (personal identification number).  Now you're on your way.  See the Chart below for detailed instructions on using the Audio Response Line.

 

 

When you call the Credit Union, you will need to select # 1 to get into the audio response line.

You will then be asked to select # 1 for English or # 2 for Spanish.

Next you will need to enter your account number followed by the pound (#) sign.

Then you will need to enter your PIN(Personal Identification Number)

You will then hear your savings and checking account balances. After that, you will need to

choose from the following options.
